The Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society is committed to providing accessible, high-quality lectures delivered in person and/or as a webinar. Because our organization is a nonprofit, the registration fees and donations we receive directly support our mission. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following credit and cancellation policy: Please note that MNS does not offer cash refunds. We provide credit stored under an MNS account for the amount paid. Credits can be used for future programs or other fees such as membership under the following circumstances:
WEBINARS
1. Participant Cancellations
- Credits:
- Cancellations made up to 7 days after the date of the webinar are eligible for a full credit of the registration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing.
2. Organization Cancellations
- If the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society cancels a webinar for any reason, all registrants will receive a full credit that can be applied to future MNS events or other fees such as membership.
3. Technical Issues
- Participant Issues: Credits are not issued for technical problems on a participant’s end (e.g., internet outages, device malfunctions). We encourage registrants to test their systems in advance.
- Organizer Issues: If significant technical difficulties prevent the webinar from taking place, registrants will receive a full credit.
4. Donations
- Contributions made in addition to registration fees are considered donations and are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Credit
- All credits, cancellation, or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to admin@massneuropsych.org. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
